We are going to burn out our core during this Express Workout! The first sequence with sliders is advanced, please take breaks as needed until you build up your strength and stamina!

40 Minute Express Arms, Abs & Booty
The perfect balance of an upper and lower body burn, this Express Workout will have your arms, abs and booty on fire!
