All of the Signature Classes are a FULL body workout that will have every muscle in your body engaged and moving! Laurie combines elements of classical Mat Pilates, dance, cardio and HIIT while incorporating the use of a Pilates ball, light weights and resistance bands. Choreographed to an energizing and fun playlist- this full length workout will fly by! This is a fast-paced, advanced class. Modify as needed throughout to make it an intermediate level.
