The LEVEL UP Signature Workouts deliver a FULL body burn through Laurie's choreographed sequences combining classic exercises from the Pilates Mat series blended with elements of dance, cardio, HIIT and the use of resistance bands, light hand weights, sliders and Pilates balls. This low-impact, fast-paced class is a challenging spin on your traditional mat Pilates class set to a fun and motivating playlist!
