What is LEVEL UP with Laurie?
Laurie Campbell created LEVEL UP because she believes a workout should be fun, challenging, motivating and effective! Her mission is to inspire and help women develop their inherent strength to be more capable in their body and mind! Her integrative approach combines classic Pilates exercises while incorporating elements of dance, cardio, HIIT and the use of resistance bands, light weights, and balls.
